So we were very excited when we were approached by staff from Barnsley NHS Trust at a recent trade show. The fantastic interactive tour we had running on our stand caught their eye and they explained that they were just about to commission a standard video of their Maternity Unit. The idea was that 'mums to be' would have the opportunity to view and feel familiar with the department ready for the big day.

 

Impressed by the quality of our work and the idea of taking an interactive walk through the whole Maternity Unit, we began discussions together about really bringing their project to life. At 360imagery every element of a tour is bespoke designed, from incorporating logos & colours to using navigation arrows, information text & image pop-up hot spots - just about anything is possible.

 

Barnsley NHS Trust realised that a 360imagery Virtual Tour would offer so much more to 'mums to be' than a standard video, and would be a lot more cost effective. Another benefit that appealed to the client was that unlike a standard video, which quickly becomes dated, a 360imagery tour could at any point in the future be revamped in parts i.e. if they had any renovations or improvements to any existing rooms. In fact, since completing our work we have been back and done some new photography of an area they renovated since our original work.

Both of the developments are located at Nunthorpe, situated close to the picturesque Cleveland Hills and ideal for visiting Middlesbrough, the North Yorkshire Moors and Coastline. They comprise, in total, 41 one bedroom and 15 two bedroom private apartments with communal areas such as lounge, laundry and garden, as well as en suite hotel style guest suites.

360imagery were recently commissioned to create a stunning virtual tour of 120 Edmund Street, in Birmingham. This was our 5th project for the client, PRUPIM, based on the success of our previous tours for them.

We begin our tour with an opening 360 panorama scene taken from 8 metres in the air. This is something that we specialise in, and is a system that we designed in house. It gives a fantastic 'wow factor' opening shot to the frontage of any building - it gets the viewers eye above any 'street furniture' and will give maximum marketing impact. This tour is navigated both by thumbnails taking you to individual scenes, or by our bespoke designed floating navigational arrows. We have had a lot of feedback from our clients that visitors taking their virtual tours have a more interactive experience if they are actually able to take a 'virtual walk' around a property or location.

We keep all of our work in house, and design and create every element of your project. For example, all the design of the graphics is based on the client corporate identity, logo and colour sway. A 360imagery tour will blend seamlessly into your existing website.

360imagery were recently commissioned to create one of our stunning 360 virtual tours of Langley Point in Birmingham. The client, Trigram, requested a highly interactive tour to really show off this impressive building in such a prime location in the city.

Our final result includes detailed location maps and an aerial plan, floor plans, brochure download and links to contact the agents for the property. We will frequently incorporate 360 panoramic mast photography into our work as a superb way to give huge impact to an opening scene of a tour. This is a unique system we devised in house and is an effective way to get the eye above any 'street furniture' or clutter, and give immediate maximum visual effect. Navigation for the tour is by either thumbnails or by following our floating arrows to take a 'virtual walk'.
