Stunning 360imagery Virtual Tour of New CBRE Offices at 55 Temple Row, Birmingham
360imagery Virtual Tour of New CBRE Offices at 55 Temple Row, Birmingham

CBRE agency department have been working with 360imagery for a number of years creating stunning 360 virtual tours for marketing clients' real estate properties. So when CBRE moved office, back in late 2014, we were really pleased to be chosen again to create one of our bespoke tours of their new premises.

As the world's largest commercial real estate services and investment firm, CBRE obviously wanted the best to be able to show off their prestigious Temple Row offices to clients. Already recognising the benefits of a virtual tour (VT), they looked no further than putting their trust in one of the leading commercial property VT experts.... 360imagery.

Our background as Chartered Surveyors, combined with our dedication and passion for creating bespoke, highly interactive VTs, means that we have a wealth of experience in this field. Just check out the Commercial Property page of our website to see some of the big names we regularly work with. In 9 years of trading we have created in the region of 1300 virtual tours, across a wide spectrum of business sectors (just check out our Portfolio page).

To view the full VT either click here, or on the post image above.

Our tour begins with an opening external mast-shot, photographed from 8 metres, using a technique we devised in-house. We are one of the few virtual tour companies that specialise in this - clients love it as it gives a real wow factor to the opening scene, lifting the viewer high above any street furniture etc.

We created a highly interactive tour navigated by both thumbnails and floating hot-spot arrows, allowing you to take a 'virtual walk' around the building. There is also an interactive detailed floor plan with hot spot markers. As all of our work is undertaken in-house, from initial photography to end product, we can bespoke design our work to incorporate anything the client desires. The Graphic User Interface is all designed around the corporate identity, colours and logos to blend seamlessly into their existing website.

As with all of our work we use HDR (High Dynamic Range) photography techniques, the tour is optimised to run full screen in high definition whilst downloading seamlessly, and it is published in Flash, HTML5 and CS3, for cross-platform viewing.

360imagery are one of the leading virtual tour companies in the UK, with bespoke work our speciality. We'd love to hear from you and chat about thoughts you may have for your own project. Just give us a call on 0845 8726442 or visit us at
